Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) is a missions organization that offers ladies of all ages to learn about missions, become involved in missions, and live a missional lifestyle.  Through the different organizations, adults, students, children, and preschoolers learn about the work and needs of missionaries. . There is something for everyone.

Our church is blessed to have an active WMU.  Each adult group meets on a monthly basis, has a missions program, and completes a mission project.  Some examples of projects are:

  • Back-pack buddies at a local elementary school
  • Socks for Atlanta Union Mission
  • Nursing Home Christmas Shopping Spree
  • Samaritan’s Purse Shoeboxes
  • Financial support of a missionary in Nepal
  • Providing school supplies and back-packs for children
  • Financial gifts to Home (NAMB) and international missions (IMB)
